hey everyone! I just signed up for a 55 mile bike ride to raise money for the Western MA Food Bank. this is my first official charity ride after my accident, when i was hit by a truck while riding my old bike i severly fractured my hip. my surgeon screwed my hip back on and i got a brand new bike ive been training really hard i did 46 miles last week in just over 3 hrs.
